At ADMITnGO, we believe that every student deserves a clear and accessible path to higher education. For too many students, particularly first-generation college hopefuls and those from underserved communities, the journey to college feels like an impossible maze. Financial barriers, lack of guidance, and understaffed counseling services leave students unsure how to navigate the process. That’s why we created ADMITnGO—a gamified learning experience that meets students where they are and empowers them with the knowledge they need to succeed.
ADMITnGO is powered by The Learning Bridge, an organization dedicated to lifelong learning and educational innovation. The Learning Bridge has spent years providing schools, businesses, and nonprofits with high-quality training and instructional design services.
As a certified Historically Underutilized Business, The Learning Bridge specializes in educational technology, project management, and instructional delivery. With support from the National Science Foundation, we have developed cutting-edge solutions like ADMITnGO to expand access to college readiness resources. Our commitment to equity and inclusion is at the core of everything we do, ensuring that students from all backgrounds have the tools they need to succeed.
A MISSION ROOTED IN EXPERIENCE
Our founder, Laura Cobb Hayes, knows firsthand the challenges of growing up with limited resources and uncertain pathways to higher education. As a Black female student from a marginalized community, she had to find her own way. Education became her ladder to success, and now she is dedicated to ensuring others don’t have to climb that ladder alone. With ADMITnGO, she has designed an engaging, interactive platform to make college admissions accessible, understandable, and—most importantly—fun.

Laura Cobb Hayes
Founder & CEO
Laura has dedicated over 30 years to education, nonprofit leadership, and academic innovation. As the Founder and CEO of The Learning Bridge, she has helped countless students, schools, and organizations meet their goals through project management and grant writing. With a Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of North Texas and certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), Laura is a strategic visionary who understands how to bridge gaps in education through technology and innovation. She has held leadership roles at Texas Education Agency, EdisonLearning, New Leaders for New Schools and a number of school districts, always working toward creating opportunities for marginalized communities.
Neng Ly
Game Developer & Software Engineer
Neng is a game development expert with a passion for interactive design and emerging technology. With over a decade of experience in media production and software engineering, he specializes in 3D modeling, animation, and game development.
Nathaniel Tate
Video Production & Instructional Design
Nathaniel brings a wealth of knowledge in video production, instructional design, and educational media. As the owner of Nathan Lawrence Group, LLC, Nathaniel has produced training videos, documentaries, and instructional media that drive learning outcomes.

Systems and Data Analyst
Systems and Data Analyst with over a decade of experience specializing in creating data-driven solutions to improve business processes in the education sector. John is passionate about think tanking complicated issues and designing effective solutions to meet the needs of users. As an empathetic creative, he is always striving to find the best solution for all stakeholders and focused on providing the very best solutions possible.
